lemon-2 Did you know that if you drank a cup of warm water with lemon,  it  helps to simulate the liver (it wakes it up) and it also releases digestive enzymes. Some of the health benefits include relieving heartburn, bloating and indigestion. So don’t forget to have your cup of warm water with lemon every moring… before you start your day.

  1. I’ve tried this before – and would like to start doing it again. I think it’s just a matter of having the lemons on hand and getting into a routine.
