The kiwi has many health benefits. Not only is it rich in vitamin C and potassium, but it also contains vitamin A & E which means that its good for the skin. Basically the kiwi fruit, has more nutrients than any other fruit. It can reduce cholesterol, blood clotting, strokes and may even prevent heart disease and with its high antioxidant factor…you can add cancer to the list of preventions. For anyone who has never tried eating a kiwi you can peal it or eat it with the skin… just rub the hairs off the skin with your hands before you eat and your good to go.
