I know my health tip is normally about an amazing food or exercise but this month I’ve tried to think of something that would get everyone thinking and acting a little bit greener. We all know that keeping the environment free from pollution is necessary for us to exist, but what about the air in our homes. How can we keep the air in our homes clean and fresh without causing damage to ourselves or the environment? Plants have been our friends since the beginning of time and continue to help keep our air clean by releasing oxygen into the atmosphere. So if you’re thinking of redecorating your home remember to add a few plants (their more than just a pretty accessory).  You could also try using natural cleaners (I myself have not tried any of these products, but I do intend to make the switch).  And finally, if you’re like me and you love to burn candles, try the natural scented ones, that are made from soy and they are a lot better for the environment.
